UrbanGlass Celebrates 40 Years!

On Tuesday, May 16th close to 250 guests joined UrbanGlass for our annual Gala and Auction, which celebrated our 40th anniversary and saluted the accomplishments of artist Thaddeus Wolfe and galleriests Katya and Doug Heller.

Guests bid on a wonderful auction of work generously donated by artists from UrbanGlass' studio and from around the world, and following remarks and dinner, attended the After-Party in the UrbanGlass studios, which featured a performance of over 20 artists called Woman Up. Conceived of by artist Deborah Czeresko Woman Up celebrated community at UrbanGlass and marked the 20th anniversary of the organization's Bead Project program for low-income women.
 
Thank you to all of the very generous supporters who helped us celebrate this milestone and whose generosity keeps UrbanGlass thriving!
