Mary Van Cline is internationally know for her inventive photosensitive glass images. She has been selected for awards by the NEA, the Japan/US commission, and the Washington Arts Commission. She has instructed at Pilchuck, Penland, Urban Glass, Pratt Fine Arts, and many universities. Her work in included in many museums worldwide, including the Smithsonian, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Boston Museum of Art, and public and private collections in Europe, Israel, and Southeast Asia.
