UrbanGlass is Under Construction! During construction, UrbanGlass is operating out of an interim studio at 126 13th St, between 2nd and 3rd avenues in Brooklyn.
Our interim studio offers:

- Flat Shop for fusing, mosaic and stained glass
- Four annealers
- GLASS Quarterly
- Workshops and Classes
- Fellowships
- The Bead Project

In partnership with the City of New York and the Borough of Brooklyn, our home at the Strand Theater at 647 Fulton Street, is undergoing a full-scale renovation. UrbanGlass is building a premier LEED Silver facility where artists and students can create with glass. The renovation and expansion of our facility is part of the City’s multi-million dollar investment in the historic Strand Theater, which will be a cornerstone in the development of the BAM Cultural District.
